Here's the comparison height of the clock tower and character. I scaled the clock tower smaller than the previous one already. But if you think it should be even smaller just let me know :)

awesome job!! i like the clock edge like gearwheel shape, it's better than my idea.

maybe we can scale it a bit.
i think the feeling oversize is because the foot of the body part, we can try scale it smaller.
